I am not there to give you advice, tell you what to do or judge you in any way. The aim of counselling is to help you come to your own decisions. What works for me or somebody else may not work for you. You and your life circumstances are unique. I will help you to come to your own decisions and take action to move forward. I will however, where appropriate, share my honest thoughts and feelings with you as we work together and support and guide you as you make your own decisions about how to move forward.
